since I got the role on FBI: International is leading the “terrible towel twirl” at Heinz Field this past December. If you go to a Steelers game, everyone in the crowd has these yellow towels that were originally created by Myron

neighborhood. This is an area that has come up in recent years, and GG’s is pure soul food. They have three different types of mac and cheese, fried chicken, and ribs—the kind of food I grew up on!

HOMETOWN HERO The Hill District , where I grew up, is known for being home to one of the nation’s greatest playwrights, August Wilson. My grandfather knew him and was immortalized in one of his plays, Radio Golf. The August Wilson African American Cultural Center recently opened and is a permanent exhibit about his life.

HIKING TRAILS There are a lot of public parks, and one of my favorite outdoor exercise spots is Schenley Park . Back in high school, we would practice cross-country on the trails and I still go there. You can go hiking, walking, or rent one of the city bikes and ride around.

THRIVING THEATER SCENE I grew up on stage, acting since I was 10 years old, when I first joined the Pittsburgh Playwrights Theatre Company . There are great theaters in the city, but my personal favorite is City Theatre Company . I did a play there during my senior

MORNING NOSH I went to college at Carnegie Mellon University, which is in an area called Shadyside. I am not a morning person, but there is a breakfast spot there called Pamela’s Diner , and they do the best crepe pancakes—a thin stack of three with melted butter goes down easy.
